The Progressive® International Motorcycle Shows® is excited to return to North Carolina this year for a three day series, running Friday, Feb. 24 – Sunday, Feb. 26, 2012, with a change of city and venue and now hosted in Charlotte at the Charlotte Convention Center. The Show will host a variety of can’t-miss events, including gravity-defying performances from the Smage Bros Stunt Show, a “Dream Pavilion” presented by Schuberth Helmets featuring a selection of the industry’s most coveted luxury bikes, the Kawasaki Design-A-Bike digital paint display, a vintage motorcycle showcase as part of “A Century of Motorcycling” Presented by Motorcyclist Magazine, plus numerous informational seminars on new motorcycle technology, maintenance tips, gear, apparel and accessory suggestions. Attendees can expect over 20 motorcycle manufacturers, hundreds of bikes on display and new model debuts from a selection the industry’s top brands, including Aprilia, Beta, Bombardier (BRP), Darwin, Ducati, Erik Buell Racing, Gas Gas, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Husqvarna, Indian, Kawasaki, KTM, Moto Guzzi, MV Agusta, Norton, Star, Suzuki, Triumph, Victory, Yamaha and Zero Motorcycles. For motorcycle enthusiasts, beginners and even aspiring riders, the Charlotte Motorcycle Show is the ultimate destination for new motorcycles, gear, accessories, apparel and entertainment.
The Checkered Flag Run is a weekend in Arizona hosted by the Phoenix International Raceway, Talking Stick Resort and Casino, Hacienda Harley-Davidson and Second II None MC Phoenix Chapter. The weekend culminates with motorcycle rides to Phoenix International Raceway to watch NASCAR Drivers tear up the track in the Basha’s Supermarket NASCAR Nationwide Series race, Saturday March 2nd, 2012.

R4R has teamed up with the Colon Cancer Alliance to set this weekend aside in March which is Colon Cancer Awareness Month to stand together in the efforts to help find a cure by bringing together MCs, MMs, SCs, and RCs together for this cause.
Gathering point begins at Jacks Custom Cycles at 1500 West Main Street Lexington, SC 29072. From there, participants will ride to 5 locations and end at Bunkys in Lexington for festivities.
Participants pull a poker card from each location. The hand is completed at Bunkys with live music by Danielle Howle and Outshine, along with an assortment of drinks and food! A single rider is $15; a double is $25. An additional person is $10. The more the merrier! Proceeds go to the SC Autism Society!
